Benjamin Berman is the President of BermanCRE, a commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm with offices in Washington, D.C. and Miami. With over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Berman also serves as Vice President and Managing Partner of Berman Enterprises, a multi generational real estate and investment holding with a portfolio encompassing office, retail, industrial, flex, warehouse and multifamily.

Mr. Berman currently serves on the Board for Jewish Education Made Special.

Mr. Kaminetzky recently joined Berman CRE and serves as the Managing Director of Capital Markets for the Southeast Region. Mr. Kaminetzky will be responsible for the placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, single tenant, retail, office, hospitality, and industrial. Mr. Kaminetzky has personally been involved in all aspects of the commercial real estate finance life cycle, including origination, underwriting, processing, and the closing of loans. He has developed many strategic lending relationships with financing sources and is well respected by his peers who frequently seek his advice and guidance on transactions.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Kaminetzky has negotiated several billion dollars of debt, mezz, pref, and equity transactions for permanent, bridge, and construction loans. He has closed loans with many lending sources, including balance sheet lenders, debt funds, Agency, CMBS, Life Insurance companies, private funds, local lenders, regional lenders, and credit unions.

Prior to joining Berman CRE, Mr. Kaminetzky served as the Managing Director for Meridian Capital Group’s FL office and was there for almost two decades. He also previously specialized in business consulting within the financial industry and held positions at Deloitte & Touche, SBA Communications (NASAQ — SBAC) and WildCard / eFunds (currently NASDAQ — FIS).
